As a service provider deeply invested in every client project, significant time, strategy, and energy are dedicated from the moment payment is received. Due to the custom and digital nature of the services:
All payments are strictly non-refundable, including initial deposits and monthly retainers.
Once work begins, that time, effort, and availability are allocated exclusively to the Client’s project and cannot be repurposed elsewhere.
The Client understands that no refunds will be issued for work already initiated, in progress, or completed.
